Professor Peter W. Adler has written two law review articles that concern circumcision of male children.

I think Professor Adler is one of the best lawyers in the United States, however these issues have not yet been litigated in court.

Interesting articles. Noting that these were published in 2011 and 2013, I wonder if there has been any response or follow-up since then.

I wasn't aware of Prof. Adler, but hopefully his being Jewish (presuming so from his surname) might help stave off the usual disingenous charges of "antisemitism" that seem to be trotted out so often, whenever this issue is raised as a matter of public policy.

Yes, Professor Adler is indeed Jewish.
