The American circumcision industry has voluntarily failed to reform its practice, so the action is now moving into the courts of law.

The intactivist legal organization, Intact Global, has announced its intention to sue the state of Colorado to require it to give boys equal protection of the law against genital mutilation as it already protects girls.

There will be a dinner in Denver on Monday, 15 June 2026, followed by a press conference on Tuesday, 16 June 2026.
