Lawsuits after the doctor dies - jaxpunch - 07-18-2026
I want justice for whats happened to me but cannot sue the doctor directly because he died years ago. Is this a case of having to sue the hospital? I know that there is a statue of limitations for this kind of thing, can someone with more knowledge educate me?

Perhaps you have a claim against his estate. You need to consult a lawyer in your state.
