So I have tried countless times to try that "gentle educating" bullshit when discussing mgm in public or privately. And everytime its the same fucking thing. They refuse to acknowledge the harm of mgm and double down on their shit viewpoints. After literal hundreds of failures in trying to convince people that mgm is fucking insane and needs to be ended immediately, now i simply refuse to do anything.
We all know how easy it is for us to "stumble" upon circumcision in the wild... whether that be an overheard conversation, television, radio, fucking whatever. Of course I still lose my fucking mind whenever it is mentioned around me but i no longer waste my energy trying to convince others of this anymore.
I mean why the fuck should I? For every other social justice issue, people don't go out in public gently trying to convince others to believe them. Other social justice issues are a lot more physical and in your face and intactivism needs the same fucking energy - we need more men that are extremely angry and willing to get hands on if necessary. Intactivism is filled with pussies and our progress truly proves it

Opportunities for me to educate people have come up before but I never engaged because I knew it will lead nowhere lol

Like you say, other social justice issue don't try to "convince". Where are all the anti-racist "convincers" who have calm rational facts-based discussions with racists, I've get to see any.
"Convincing" is the wrong frame for a number of reasons. For one, by debating it you are implicitly suggesting the facts are debatable. There is no debate. Never was. The people electing to intrude into the genitals of children are in the wrong, always have beem.
The framing is wrong. Debating our oppressors makes them think it is possible if they make good enough arguments they could win. That is the wrong frame. There was never a chance in hell they will land and the right side of this issue, and the discourse we engage in with them should make this abundantly clear

Yeah, I've not had any success debating either. But I hope that my debates at least provoked some thought in the onlookers and that we may have possibly gained a few new intactivists from them.
But I do think there is one way you can convince at least some of them. Show them a video of it. A video beats any words. Let them see what happens to the helpless little child.

The boldness of other social justice issues is something intactivism needs to adopt NOW if we want to see any measurable changes in our lifetimes

To all:
The American population has been bombarded with propaganda in favor of circumcision from the medical community that profits from the performance of the amputation for about 140 years. It has been thoroughly brainwashed on that subject.
Nevertheless, the statistical data shows some progress is being made. The incidence of circumcision of the newborn has slowly but consistently, progressively declined over the years from about 90% to about 48%. Further decline is expected in the future. Do not despair! Intactness has become the NORM.
I think the sight of happy, healthy intact boys in the American community are changing minds in the American population. This is despite the efforts of the medical trade associations to preserve the life of the goose that has laid golden eggs for so long. They are becoming more and more cautious in their claims for legal reasons.
