Regarding the UTI claims. Given a risk in normal boys of about 1%, the number-needed-to-treat to prevent one infant UTI is 111 circumcisions. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15890696/
Penile cancer is 1 in 100,000 and one of the rarest cancers in the world. you are most likely to die by any other form of Cancer present on Earth and widely known than Penile Cancer, anyways, doesn't justify mutilating children.
